Little Creek is, as the name implies, a creek. But it is much more than that. It also is two bodies of salt water filled with crabs, fish, boats and sailing craft that meander through parts of Norfolk and Virginia Beach. It's a road that links Norfolk's east and west sides. It's an amphibious base in Virginia Beach. It's an elementary school in Norfolk.
Chappelle wasn t warmly received and faced some angry students. The appearance was going to be for a theatre that was to be named for Chappelle in consideration of his support of the school, especially after he and his friends were the group who raised the most money for the building.
