FERNDALE, Wash. The City of Ferndale’s 125th annual Old Settlers Picnic is slated for next week at Pioneer Park.
It’s a fun family event running Friday, July 23rd ad Saturday, July 24th.
This year’s event will feature Senior Citizens Day on Friday and a car show, balloon glow, vendor tents and a fireworks show on Saturday.
Gates and cabins open at 12pm both days.
The Whatcom County Old Settlers Association is looking forward to meeting new volunteer friends this year.
Volunteers will be working 2-to-3 hour shifts at the gates, helping seniors, set-up and take-down, wagon ride loading and more.
