Police searching for missing Houston boy Tyler Hamilton last seen off Briar Forest Drive in west Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) The Houston Police Department had asked for the public s help to find 10-year-old Tyler Hamilton who went missing on Tuesday in west Houston. Tyler has since been found safe. According to investigators, Tyler was found Wednesday morning in the same area where he was last seen riding his bike near Ray Daily Elementary around 3 p.m. Tuesday. No other details about Tyler s recovery were immediately provided. To report a missing person or runaway, call the Harris County Sheriff s Office at 713-221-6000. For children under 13 years of age, persons with special needs or other emergencies, dial 911. There is no 24-hour waiting period required to report a person missing.

Missing man Benito Gutierrez found dead in Brazos River after disappearing from Rosenberg

Texas Equusearch will meet Monday to help find 34-year-old Houston mom Laura Read, who was reported missing Sunday morning after she was last seen Saturday in the 3300 block of Smith Street. Someone reported finding her child alone in a car on West Gray.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) A Houston mother has been found alive after her baby was discovered alone in her car in Midtown on Saturday, according to Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller. Laura Read had been last seen on Saturday, Jan. 16, at around 7 p.m. in the Midtown area in the 3300 block of Smith Street. According to an update issued by Texas EquuSearch on Sunday afternoon, Read took her boyfriend to work Saturday evening and then went to a shopping center on West Gray Street. Someone later reported finding her child alone in a car. The baby was found in the vehicle, and when they ran the tag number and found out who it was, they realized that we got a mother that s missing, said Miller. When you find out about a baby in a vehicle and [a] mom missing, it puts a whole new twist on a missing woman.
