There are currently 37 characters playable in Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate. As of right now, it s unknown if NetherRealm Studios intends to further grow this number with some sort of Kombat Pack 3 or additional DLC content.
Notably, there are still plenty of popular characters like Reptile and Cyrax that have potential to join the roster. Though we recently saw the return of Fujin, a character that debuted in Mortal Kombat 4 and hasn t been playable since Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, there are other characters that have been missing from the action that we ll probably never see again.
