I read Christine Benedict s letter, Support for Zeldin s gubernatorial campaign, April 17, extolling the qualifications of Lee Zeldin, Congressman and Republican candidate for governor. What Benedict didn’t explain was Zeldin’s support to overthrow the election results of President Joe Biden. He called for the votes in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to be thrown out.
Zeldin s congressional record ratings by advocacy organizations are: conservation, 14 percent; human rights, 7 percent; and Planned Parenthood, zero percent.
