YORK, Maine – The following information was included in the York Police Department weekly arrest log for Monday, March 8, through Sunday, March 14: After responding to a domestic disturbance March 9 about 11:40 a.m. on Mallard Drive, police arrested a 30-year-old York resident for alleged domestic violence criminal threatening. The initial report indicated there was a verbal-only fight between two people. After a traffic stop March 11 about 12:40 a.m. near U.S. Route 1 and Spur Road, police summonsed a 30-year-old Gorham resident for allegedly violating a condition of release. The suspect, who was subject to a condition to possess no alcohol, had two alcohol bottles that contained some liquid, police said. The suspect was also issued warnings for inadequate rear lights, improperly displayed plates and an expired inspection.
