good morning, kiran. snow really began to pick up last night around 2:00 in the morning and then really started to let up just a little bit. but not before dumping i would say around 6 to 8 inches in this area. the roads are pretty good for the most part. they have been treated. you see a lot of slush down the roads. susan was talking about that issue in new york. the thing interesting about this scenario, not just the snow, as my friend rob marciano has been talking about all morning, not just this, it s the wind. the wind is going to play a huge factor. there s a reason for that, america. the reason why the wind is going to be a big issue because you look up at these trees over here, ken boreland our photo journalist has a shot of that, you will see these trees are coated with the snow. and all the way down this thorough fair off second street, you can see the tree lined streets have a lot of snow. when the wind picks up the trees are going to move, when they move with the frozen s
