The people who came to help her were also shot. Phoenix police tell us the woman was known to the department. Anita roman spoke to officer james holmes. Reporter you received a call of gunshots fired and you found three victims. It started with a dispute between the 42yearold woman and a 35yearold suspect. Thats correct. We believe this happened long before the dispute started before we got on call, we learned the 35yearold suspect had assaulted the victim, her 62yearolds boyfriend came to her aid. The suspect goes inside, gets her several times and shoots the boyfriend. This comes to assist and he is shot for his efforts. The worst part of all of this is not only the shooting, but over the victim purposely at least three times and possibly four. She is critical at a local hospital. Reporter the suspects whereabouts this morning . We dont know where he is. We are looking for him. We know who he is. Were not going to release his information at this point. Were trying to track him down.
