   绵州大事 　　绵阳第一个中国共产党支部建立 　　国共合作的大革命时期，随着马克思主义在绵阳的广泛传播和一批早期共产党员进行革命宣传等活动，唤醒了沉睡中的绵阳人民。在绵阳建立中国共产党组织的思想条件和干部基础基本成熟的条件下，1927年7月，中共成都特支委员张秀熟受组织委派，赴江油县中坝镇省立第二中学，与时任校长、中共党员章璞一道，在省立二中秘密建立中共中坝省立二中支部，隶属中共成都特支，张秀熟任书记，党员有章璞、赖鸣柯、裴紫琚3人。同时，根据成都特支指示，将驻中坝国民党第二十九军混成旅政治部的中共党员张秋高(政治部主任)、姚自若(政治部宣传科科长)编入支部。 　　1927年8月，张秀熟调成都工作，裴紫琚接任支部书记。1927年10月，扩建为中共中坝特支，属四川临时省委领导，后改由川
