ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• James B. Morris, 68, of 19 Clarke Drive was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Sunday on a disorderly conduct charge.
• Collin D. Thomas, 24, of 521 Stratford Lane was arrested at 1:19 a.m. Saturday on charges of resisting or obstructing a peace officer after police said he refused to leave West Morton Depot at 213 W. Morgan St.
• A 16-year-old boy was cited on a charge of criminal damage to property at 11:04 a.m. Friday after being accused of hitting his sister and damaging her vehicle.
THEFTS, BURGLARIES
• Several items were taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of East Michigan Avenue between 12:30 and 10:20 a.m. Sunday.

Overnight reports from Jacksonville police:
• A customer tried to use a counterfeit $100 bill at Circle K, 602 N. Main St., at 1:51 a.m. Saturday, but an employee would not accept the bill.
• Collin D. Thomas, 24, of 521 Stratford Lane was arrested at 1:19 a.m. Saturday on charges of resisting or obstructing a peace officer after police said he refused to leave West Morton Depot at 213 W. Morgan St.
• A 16-year-old girl was cited on a charge of failing to yield after the car she was driving and one being driven by Bryan Q. Branch, 27, of Jacksonville collided at 9:57 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of East Morton Avenue. Branch and a passenger in his car, Amanda L. Blackwell, 26, of Jacksonville, were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
