The tribute drew numerous members of the faculty, staff, as well as those from the Chester County region to the College of Business & Public Management to celebrate a university president who has proudly served West Chester University for 41 years.
According to alliance member Mike Dunn, West Chester Consulting Arborist and of Brandywine Urban Forest, flooding, water quality and local ecology are all Goose Creek issues.
A traffic signal was added and other changes were made to improve pedestrian safety at the busy Church Street and Rosedale Avenue intersection. West Chester University paid the full $420,000 cost for the improvements.
