City and school leaders have been working together since 2022 to request development plans for the area at 520 32nd Ave. W., or land west of The Lights and West Fargo Sports Arena.
This year's $133.4 million referendum is the biggest ask of voters yet, and would help pay for multiple projects including another elementary school and expansions to the district's newest schools.
TAP's letter comes just after Epic Companies CEO Todd Berning was denied a charitable gaming application for a separate nonprofit called Epic Charities Inc.
Projects included in the referendum were recommended by a "long-range facilities task force" comprised of community and district members who met once a month starting in late 2022
