SEBRING/WEST BRANCH LUNCHEON – Sebring High School Classes of 1961 and 1962, and West Branch Class of 1961 will meet at noon Wednesday at Chives Grille. This will be the graduates first luncheon since the COVID-19 shutdown. The group will be planning to meet the second Wednesday of every month.
HEART WALK – American Heart Association has announced the Stark County Heart Walk will take place at 9 a.m. Sept. 18 at the Kent State at Stark campus in Jackson Township. This year’s theme, Heart Walk Here, invites participants to walk on the event path or to create a path of their own. From parks and parkways to tucked away trails, participants are invited to walk at any location that inspires their heart health. To register, visit www.heart.org/starkheartwalk. From there, participants can stay up to date by downloading the Heart Walk mobile app.
