This dash cam video from a Police Cruiser captured the blast as it happened. Utility crews are continuing to work on that damaged line this morning. Fifteen people were injured two of them remain hospitalized in critical condition. We spoke with two neighbors who were home when the explosion happened. We were on the air this morning. Reporter we are now in the 20s throughout the entire metro area. The dc record is not going to get dropped, thank goodness, right . 1 degree all the way back to 1873. We are not going to drop that low tonight. 2 degrees in baltimore. That is a little bit more in jeopardy.
