The Ring General is back! In his first appearance since dropping the NXT UK Championship, WALTER has returned to lead Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner to victory over MSK & Riddle at New Year’s Evil. Wes Lee & Nash Carter have been reeling since losing the NXT Tag Team Titles to Imperium at Halloween Havoc, going on an epic journey to regain their swagger. With help from “The Original Shaman,” MSK was able to get their mojo back and return to challenge Imperium for the titles with Riddle by their side.
This could be the last time we see Johnny Gargano and Kyle O’Reilly on the paint splatter brand, and it’s definitely when we start to find out how the show will progress from Sunday’s WarGames event.
