18岁男子腹痛难忍 一查竟是有两个胃
温州晚报讯 平常人肚子里就一个胃，18岁的小吴却长了两个，一大一小。最近，小吴因为肚子痛来到市中心医院就诊，医生发现，他的小肠中竟然有一个完整的胃。
小吴是江西人，两周前，他带着一张CT片子来到温州市中心医院急诊科，“医生，我肠子穿孔了，肚子疼两天了。”小吴神情痛苦地说。看过片子后，医生发现他腹腔里有大量的游离气体，盆腔里也有血液。“我们诊断是消化道穿孔。”市中心医院急诊科副主任医师陈峰说，患者需要马上手术。
在手术过程中，医生发现小吴的小肠末端处长出了一个直径4公分左右的肿块，肿块很硬，形状还是扭曲变形的。在肿块和小肠连接处，发现有穿孔和出血现象，医生随即对它们进行切除，切除后，肿块被送去做病理检查。
检查结果很快出来了，所有人大吃
