A nursery in a quiet Bucks village is collecting donations for a local food bank. The Wendover Day Nursery, which opened its doors today [March 15], has seen its members of staff start a collection of tinned or boxed goods which will be distributed to the Chiltern Foodbank in Chesham. The Chiltern Foodbank (CFB) supplies emergency food parcels to people in the Chiltern District and Wendover area, with the Day Nursery team aiming to collect donations throughout the month. The goal is to donate as many items to the bank as possible for the Easter Holidays in April, which will then go to families in need across the designated areas.
