The rightful owner confronted the man a short distance from the scene and the suspect agreed to return the stolen trailer.
While returning the stolen trailer, subject is alleged to have uttered threats to the rightful owner and then fled the scene on a dirt bike.
The responding officer located and confronted the male suspect and took him into custody.
