The application to convert 11 Blenheim Mount, Manningham, in what used to be a hotel and seven flats, is open for public comment until Friday March 19. The Grade-ll listed building has been disused for the past few years and, the applicant states in his application, has been‘damaged significantly’ and is in a state of disrepair.
