Steubenville police Wrong place, wrong time: William T. Tunno, 33, 3729 West St. Extension, Weirton, was charged with criminal trespass after the owner of a recently burned-out home on Fourth Street allegedly caught him inside the property. The homeowner said he’d stopped by the property to pick up some possessions when he found the man inside his home, trying to steal DVDs. He told the intruder to leave but the man refused, so he removed him. Police said they’d cited Tunno earlier on the shift for possession of drugs, suboxone, and located him walking on North Seventh Street, claiming he’d told them he’d been in the residence because he thought it was abandoned.
