You remember lou has someone who worked with the board of supervisors back in 2012 and 2013 to help with a compromise for cpmc and the Community Benefits and the work that they needed to do to support San Francisco. So backing into it, our goal is, by the start of the next fiscal year, july 1st, to have established what those metrics are so we can begin to collect that data right away and report on it. In order for us to do that, getting back to january, we need to have some sense of which ones are looking like they are going to be doable and validated so that we can come back to the table as a network and say, okay , here is the potential universe of data that has been validated. Of this, how much of this support are true north pillars and particularly some of the metrics we have already identified . We feel the metrics we have now are appropriate and has been a 1 1 match within epic in our pre epic sources, we would be continuing along that journey anyway. Cle career, however, where its time to stop advising and start doing. Ive worked all over the world, and San Francisco remains the only city that i felt was my home. San francisco has assembled all of the pieces that we need in order to create dramatic and progressive change. Weve got a visionary m. T. A. Board that i cannot wait to work for. We have the most talented agency staff in the industry. We have a tenacious and harddriving mayor who i know will make a great partner. We also have a progressive board of supervisors ready to ask the tough questions. I am ready to serve all of them. I dont have a 30 or 100day plan. My first task is to listen carefully to staff. We do have the most incredible assembly of talent of any city in the country. I trust their professional expertise. It is my job first to listen and then secondly, and more importantly, to remove obstacles so that they can do their good and productive work. I do not know all of the answers yet. Its going to take me a while
