morning. this is an area where we re getting tired of being right. the border situation is deteriorating by the day. when we started the conversation throughout last year, democrats were saying there was no national emergency. they re still saying that. reporter: now, in addition to the border wall, there are plenty of other reasons for democrats not to like this budget. it proposes ten years $2.7 trillion in spending cut, $1.9 trillion will come from so called mandatory spending, medicare, reforms in drug pricing. there will be a 5% cut in discretionary spending. one bright point that nobody i have talked to really believes will happen. they re promising to balance the budget by 2034, 15 years from now. here another point of contention. the president will be bringing up a welfare to work requirement. not a well wear to work
