74年党龄老党员的“特殊党费” 近日，山东省职业卫生与职业病防治研究院（山东第一医科大学附属职业病医院）离休老干部、老党员杨铎章的长孙杨斌来到职防院党委，完成杨铎章的遗愿 向党组织交纳“特殊党费”20000元。职防院党委已将这20000元“特殊党费”交给山东第一医科大学（山东省医学科学院）机关党委。 杨铎章1926年4月出生，1947年2月加入中国共产党，1945年至1966年，曾先后担任中国人民解放军49军炮兵团警卫连排长、第四炮校训练部参谋、炮兵39师409团军械股股长，参加过东北抗日联军、平津战役等，曾被记三等功、受到嘉奖，由于表现突出，1955年还被授予解放奖章。1966年转业到地方工作，曾任山东省化工研究所党支部副书记，山东省化工局招待所党支部书记、工会主席。 退休后的杨铎章时常通过报纸、新闻学习党在新时期的
