Queensland, Victoria, and WA say too many people are being granted exemptions to leave and come home again, and that’s putting the rest of the country at risk. The Federal Government disputes this, claiming the states are to blame for outbreaks in quarantine. It’s not the numbers, it’s the conditions around their hotel quarantine systems.
