WELCOME Welcome Fire Department Relief Association will have a drive thru pancake feed from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday at the fire hall in Welcome. Cost is a free will donation. Please make checks payable to Welcome Fire Dept. Relief Assoc. The menu includes pancakes, sausage, fried potatoes and a bottle of water. The meal will be in a
