The ntsb says the bus was exiting the freeway and because markings were worn or missing. The driver thought he was in the exit lane. It turns out we was not and went up a barrier. Rolling the bus. It wound up on its side. The ntsb says the barrier should have been visible. Even in the bad weather. But it was not. The ntsb faults the state for not properly marking the roadway. Also, investigators say the bus had seatbelts but only two of the 21 passengers were wearing them. The two passengers who died in the crash were not belted, and were thrown from the bus

Is behind bars this morning facing murder charges following this weekends domesticrelated homicide. Police say 48 yearold Michael Kaplan called police around five yesterday medical attention. When police arrived, they found a 30year old woman dead inside from apparent stab wounds. Kaplan was arrested onscene and booked on open murder charges. Three children were in the home at the time of the murder. Theyve been taken into child protective services. It hurts cries i just want to hug those kids.
