Despite the areas of cloud cover we are battling this morning, skies will clear out in time for the early afternoon. This sets us up for a dry and sunny weather pattern leading into the weekend.
As steady showers look to wrap up, we look to dry things out with some filtered areas of sunshine this afternoon. However, this could fuel the chance for isolated thunderstorms this afternoon.
A cloudy and dry Memorial Day is expected preventing temperatures from getting any warmer than the mid 60s. Showers and Downpours return overnight keeping shower chances in the forecast through mid week.
We are looking at plenty of sunshine to kick off the holiday weekend, but it will be at the cost of temperatures returning to average. We won't likely see a return to rain until after Memorial Day.
