A fast-moving storm from the north will bring rain, thunderstorms, gusty winds, high-elevation mountain snow, and much cooler temperatures around the Northern California area this weekend. Saturday will be a First Alert Action Day as it arrives.
So far in March, Philadelphia has recorded 6.74 inches of rain, a solid 3.8 inches above normal. It's also the wettest March the region has seen since 2010, and even more precipitation is on the way.
