It happened last night as pc Andrew Harper was attending reports of a burglary near to the a4 between reading and newbury. Thames Valley Police have released a statement. Thames Valley Police say 10 people have been arrested. Some of the information we have from the statement that has been posted on their website. A Murder Investigation has been launched after a Thames Valley Police Officer died following an incident in berkshire. This happened at around 11 30pm last night close to the all.
