Started leaking and the truck caught fire and there was a small explosion and other people came to try to help. Then there was a huge explosion that happened and at that point authorities believe that is what caused the situation that killed the elderly couple. People did try to save them but it wasnt to be. This devastation here an entire community is feeling this and feel the pain of this. Investigators are still working on this case and it will take them time to get everything done. Is the driver facing charges here . Well, the investigation is continuing. And troopers tell me they will put everything together they were doing measurements and talking to more people.
