It was a pretty big day for Capital City junior Hayden Carroll, both on the pitcher’s mound and in the batter’s box. Carroll threw a one-hitter, striking out three, and he batted 3-for-3 with three singles, leading the Cavaliers to a 13-3 victory Monday against the Waynesville Tigers at Capital City High School.
