Regular Meetings
For the purpose of conducting the public business affairs of the Baldwin County Commission, said Baldwin County Commission shall meet, in regular session assembled, in the County Commission Chambers, at the Baldwin County Administration Building, located at 322 Courthouse Square, at the County Seat, in Bay Minette, Alabama, on the first and third Tuesday of each month, and on the Wednesday following the general election and tabulation of provisional ballots pursuant to Section 17-10A-2 of the Code of Alabama 1975 of any one of its members beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Regular session meeting dates may be altered as determined necessary by the Baldwin County Commission inaccordance with applicable law.

BAY MINETTE – Citing concerns over COVID-19, County commissioners denied permission Tuesday for the last Mardi Gras parade planned to roll on Baldwin streets.
The third-annual Fort Morgan Mardi Gras Parade had been scheduled for Feb. 14, the Sunday before Mardi Gras. The parade would roll on 1.9 miles of streets in the community.
At their meeting Tuesday, county commissioners said they did not feel the event was appropriate during the pandemic.
“My concern would be that many others that would normally not go there went there. I personally would have problems supporting that parade. I would like to them to postpone it, Commission Chairman Joe Davis said.
