47-year-old Lynn woman dies when train strikes car in Greens Fork
GREENS FORK, Ind. A 47-year-old Lynn woman was killed Monday morning when a train struck her car.
Tonya Rader died at the Water Street scene, according to Wayne County Sheriff Randy Retter in a news release. She was traveling to a family member s residence in Greens Fork.
About 5:50 a.m. as Rader was southbound on South Water Street in a gold 2005 Chevrolet Malibu, a westbound train struck the vehicle on its driver s side. Rader was the only occupant in the vehicle.
