Wayne County Sheriff's Officials were called out to mile marker 104 on Interstate 64 Saturday Evening around 7:55 PM for a single vehicle accident. According to the official report, 29-year-old Joel S. Steele of Lexington, Kentucky was eastbound on the interstate when he lost control of his vehicle due to water on the roadway. Steele's vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree head-on. No injuries were reported in the accident. The vehicle was towed from the scene and over $1500 of damage was sustained. At 9:40 AM Sunday, Wayne County Sheriff's Officials were on the scene of a car vs. deer accident on Highway 15 in Big Mound Township. 63-year-old Angela Taylor of Albion was westbound on Highway 15 when a deer came into her path. No injuries were reported, over $1500 of damage was sustained to Taylor's vehicle that had to be towed away from the scene. At 2:30 AM Sunday, Wayne County Sheriff's Officials and Wayne County Ambulance were called to a rollover accident
