While agreeing that affordable housing can be an important “stepping stone” for people and a good alternative for retired people with fixed incomes, town Affordable Housing Executive Director Scott Hobbs is concerned with potential impacts of the proposed Right to Housing Act.
Hobbs recently offered his thoughts on proposals supported by Desegregate Connecticut, which many believe is hte driving force behind the proposed zoning legislation sponsored by state Sen. Saud Anwar (D-3).
