The Waupaca Area Public Library will have shortened hours tomorrow (Saturday) of 9am-11am. The City Hall-Library building will be without power a portion of the day for final testing of the Solar Panel system. This was supposed to happen last Saturday, but conditions delayed the outage to tomorrow.
