The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee announced on Monday, March 11, that the UWM at Waukesha campus will close after the spring 2025 semester in response to a directive from the Universities of Wisconsin.
The University of Milwaukee at Waukesha will cease operations after the close of the Spring 2025 semester, university officials announced Monday in a press release.
"(The closure is) not directly related to our overall financial situation," said Robin Van Harpen, senior vice chancellor for finance and administrative affairs.
