The state of teenage has been declared in ventura county. The sight of the first and largest blaze now charring almost 60,000 acres and growing. The fastmoving inferno has forced tens of thousands to evacuate the area while hundreds of animals are caught in the fires path. Nbcs jay gray has more from the ground.
