Fellows Lake update: Dock delayed. Phase 1 of trail-building, marina store on schedule. The dock at Fellows Lake marina will not be ready for March 1, but other areas are slated to be completed by then. In a meeting Jan. 20, officials listened to updates regarding a mountain bike trail, dock replacement and more regarding the City Utlities-owned Fellows Lake. Construction of a new 6.65-mile long mountain biking and walking trail at Fellows Lake started in December, the first phase in an eventual 33-mile, $1.8 million trail expansion north of Springfield.
