Police report the arrest of three individuals following an investigation into the theft and destruction of two vehicles in October 2020. Almond Whitfield, 20, of Waterloo, as well as two individuals under 18-years-old were charged with two counts of felony grand larceny and two counts of felony criminal mischief. The three are accused of stealing two cars from a location on Washington St. and taking them to an abandoned parking lot off of W. Kendig St. in the village of Waterloo where they later destroyed them.
