Terms of mix of uses our goal is really to build a community and every project we do the community is really an evolving community and some of the considerations we have at this project of the types of uses so we have industrial uses, Large Industrial uses. We have office use. We have restaurant uses them we have small maker type uses and accommodate all those together. Then we have commendation of public space and private space. Theres major balancing act between things like loading and public areas, but its up there with extremely focused on that the transaction documents cover and that the community have been very involved in and that ought not to talk about.
