Thank you for those acknowledgments of the port and staff involved in this project but we want to ask a couple of key partners to speak on these project and their participation and particularly the parks and recreation department, the key partner with the port. As monique mentioned in 2008 they lead a campaign to get 185 million of park bonds, a portion was made available to the port and used for the blue green way projects. That partnership has lead to ongoing partnerships specifically to the eco center and like the mayor said we are working together in 2012 to get will additional park bonds and with they would like to introduce Phil Ginsburg director. We are in the southern waterfront sub area and within each subarea we have a number of stakeholders but we always have an Advisory Committee that we work closely with, so the southern waterfront Advisory Committee has played a key role in the creation and development of a blue green way project, and has been an active participant in supporter of these two developments, the expansion of herons head and the bike way on cargo way and i want to introduce the long time chair of the southern waterfront Advisory Committee, karen pierce. Presentation we brought to you the two properers presented their highlights of their proposing proposals for operating the eco center and also, they convened a panel to equality the two respondents. That panel was comprised of four people with expertise in Environmental Education and Environmental Program funding and can we and recreational managed and community toichl in bayview hunters point. So the panel reviewed written proposals and interviewed both proposers. In a separate process port real estate and finance staff reviewed the applications. Or proposal im sorry.
