According to thechallengernews.com, the Water Amnesty Program was announced earlier this year by the City of Buffalo to help take away some of the economic burden caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to thechallengernews.com, Buffalo residents have until the end of the year to apply for the program. The Buffalo Water Authority in partnership with the City of Buffalo formed the program designed to help residents by waiving late fees or interest for people who may have had their water turned off for delinquent payments.
