Its a good thing but its been coming for a long time. New information aims to overturn Missouri State trooper Anthony Piercys innocence in the may 2014 drowning of Brandon Ellingson. Ive filed the charge of Involuntary Manslaughter against Anthony Piercy today for the ellingsons, a death clouded in mystery is beginning to surface. Anthony piercy deserves what hes getting and hell have his day in court but he knows what he did wrong. In may brandon was arrested by the Missouri State patrol for allegedly boating while intoxicated. Witnesses say a handcuffed ellingson was wearing a life jacket that wasnt fitted properly by trooper piercy when he fell out of the boat and drowned.
