SEATTLE - Back in the top ten, the #9 Washington Huskies will face their crosstown rival this week, hosting the Seattle U Redhawks in the annual Washington Athletic Club 101 Club Cup on Wednesday. Washington currently holds the cup after last year s 3-0 win at Seattle U. The Huskies will return to Pac-12 play after that game, heading to Los Angeles to take on UCLA on Sunday.
The game on Wednesday will be the fifth annual WAC 101 Club Cup matchup between Seattle U and Washington. The Washington Athletic Club sponsors the cup, with the winning team receiving a donation to its soccer program from the WAC. The Washington Athletic Club is committed to supporting amateur athletics and providing opportunities for youth athletes to continue their path in sports.
