A joint investigation by the Spooner Police and Washburn County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in multiple charges including sexual assault and vehicle theft for Nicholas Contreras, of Siren, WI.
Authorities continue efforts to locate a teenager who hasn't been seen since leaving Spooner Middle School on June 1. 14-year-old Joey C. Retzlaff is currently listed as a runaway.
