THIS YEAR, THAT NUMBER IS DOWN TO 9 RECALLS RELATED TO DANGERS LIKE LEAD O POTENTIAL CHOKING HAZARDS. TOYS ARE SUPPOSED TO BRING J AND ENTERTAINMENT, BUT WHEN GIFTING WITHOUT RESEARCH OR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT AGE APPROPRIATE TOYS, THEY CAN BE DEADLY. THE CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFET COMMISSION RECORDS 162,000 HOSPITALIZATIONS DUE TO TO INJURIES EVERY YEAR, AND 14 DEATHS. WE’RE MOST CONCERNED AND THE MAJORITY OF THOSE DEATHS OCCUR FROM CHOKING, SMALL PARTS, SMALL PARTS BROKEN OFF OF A PRODUCT OR TOY, SMALL BALLS. ANYTHING THAT CAN BLOCK THE CHILDS AIRWAY.
