Item 3 is a resolution approving and authorizing a trust Exchange Agreement with the California State Lands Commission that would remove the public trust from certain transbay streets and impress the public trust on certain Fishermans Wharf street and adopting appropriate findings. The northeast at 15 Miles Per Hour but gusts from 25 to 35 Miles Per Hour, offshore breezes into San Francisco and sfo. You can see the wind direction offshore. The radar still shows some light showers around the santa cruz mountains. And interesting to point out we could be looking at our second run of some mountaintop snow. Not so much around the santa cruz mountains. You can see on the radar the echoes there going from the southeast to the northwest. But ook at mt. Hamilton again as more of this moisture comes up out of the south, very likely looking at more snow falling tonight. But the real focus of the storm now is in Southern California, where theyve had Tornado Warnings, the grapevine has just been closed due to some heavy snow. This is the focus of the storm heading into thursday. So as we see decreasing showers tonight, the forecast is setting up for a much dryer forecast. Approaching the weekend. And being a baby butting in, like, awful. Reporter she suspected nothing out of the ordinary from their neighborhood, 35 yearold Marcie Montelongo. They say she often kept to herself. They would hear a child playing behind closed doors. You can imagine their shock when they saw the unit covered in crime scene tape sunday morning. It was horrible when i pulled up and saw all that yellow tape. It was awful. We are shook. We are shook. I mean, you know reporter 11 30 a. M. Police received a 911 call from a what do you mean who said she background her 2yearold daughter in the bath tub. Officers found the lifeless child. The child was rushed to Saint Louise Regional Hospital where she died. Police found Marcie Montelongo less than a mile away near the intersection of miller and first street where she confessed to the killing.
