The U.S. Army Physical Fitness Test (PFT) has become a popular go-to challenge for YouTube, but the simple combination of situps, pushups and running has been deemed an inadequate assessment of an individual s functional fitness.
In a recent video, Heebs and Mars, aka YouTube s Buttery Bros, spent a day with the U.S. Army Warrior Fitness Team undergoing the Army Combat Fitness Test (CFT), a new six-event assessment which is in the process of being rolled out across the Army as the new test of record, replacing the existing Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
