The projects, which require approval by the full council, are largely resurfacing projects, though some involve the rehabilitation of intersections, according to Nichole English, planning and programming administrator for the county’s Public Works Department.

The woman supplied police with the license plate number of the suspects’ pickup truck. Police located the truck and detained a Cleveland Heights woman, 50, and a Cleveland man, 58. Packages stolen from other homes were found in the truck, including two stolen from other Chadbourne Road homes. These packages were returned to their owners. The man and woman were charged with theft and released.

The boy was alert and talking and is currently in critical but stable condition, according to the release. The victim told police he was walking on Warrensville Center Road near the Libby Road intersection when two males approached him. “Words were exchanged, and one of the male suspects pulled a gun out of his pocket and shot the victim twice in the chest,” according to the release.
